Website policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms cover using theugc.agency. They don't replace the contract we sign with brands, or the agreement we sign with creators for each campaign. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.

Who we are

This website is run by THEUGCAGENCY LTD, trading as The UGC Agency, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17025943), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email info@theugc.agency.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse, read and share links to our pages. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping it in bulk, no spam or false information in our forms, and nothing unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, logos and our own videos on this site belong to us or are used with permission from the creators and brands involved. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate work we've done with or for them. Please don't copy or reuse our content without asking first.

Case studies and results

Results in our case studies are as reported by the clients involved, for their campaigns at the time. Some clients are described without their name because of confidentiality agreements. Every campaign is different, so past results don't guarantee future ones.

Information on the site

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but the content is general information, not professional advice. Prices, timelines and what's included in a campaign are set out in your written quote or contract, which takes priority over anything on this site.

For creators

Applying to our network is free and doesn't guarantee paid work. When a brief fits, we'll tell you the rate before you commit, and each campaign is covered by its own creator agreement.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as social platforms and booking tools. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We're not liable for losses caused by using or relying on this website, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and law

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
