When you need a 45-year-old dad in Texas, a Gen Z skincare creator in Manchester, or 100 of each, we already know who.
Viewers can tell in a second when an ad was made somewhere else: the wrong accent, a shop they have never seen, a joke written for another audience. They scroll on.
So we cast creators who live in the market and speak its language as natives. They film in their own homes, streets, gyms and cars, and deliver the script in their own voice. Every script is written for its market, with two or three hooks per video.
As a UGC agency working mostly on Meta and TikTok, we run this for brands, apps and marketplaces. Here is what we can cast, market by market.
Eight creators, eight formats: vox pop, lifestyle, show vlog, day-out vlog and more. Tap any one to watch it with sound.

UK creators get the references right: the high street, the weekly shop, the commute, the weather. For happn we cast UK creators for a Facebook and Instagram campaign of dating ads that look like real life, built around the moments you cross paths with someone: getting ready to go out, a walk down the street.
The US is our biggest market, with 16,600+ creators. Nine in ten have told us their age and gender: 12,900+ are women and 1,900+ are men. By age, 3,900+ are 18 to 24, 6,300+ are 25 to 34, 3,200+ are 35 to 44 and 1,400+ are 45 or over.

Of the 650+ who told us what they can put in the shot, seven in ten can bring a partner or friend into the video, more than half can film in their own car, almost half with a pet, four in ten have gym access, more than a third have a garden or outdoor space and three in ten can film with their own children.
Send one brief. We write scripts for each market and cast native speakers in each country, with backup creators if anyone drops out.
However many countries and creators are involved, you sign one contract and pay one invoice. We brief, chase and pay every creator.
Paid and organic usage rights are agreed with every creator up front, for the territories you run in, and included.
Every cut is checked against the brief before it reaches you, so every market gets the same standard.
The first round runs inside a 21-day KPI, and you approve each stage.

ShortlistA kick-off call, then concepts, scripts and a creator shortlist for each market, for your approval.
